Diaphragm and dosing pumps
Diaphragm dosing pumps are probably one of the most widely used pumps for dosing all kinds of chemicals.
The dosing pumps cover a very wide capacity range from 0 to 2650 litres/hour and are available in versions that can handle pressures up to 200 bar.
We also sell special diaphragm pumps with ATEX certification for use in hazardous areas or for transporting flammable liquids.
Piston dosing pumps
When dosing and transporting non-aggressive liquids, piston dosing pumps are one of the most optimal pump types to use. You get high capacity for your money and uncomplicated service
The pumps cover a very wide capacity range from 0.6 to 2650 litres/hour and are available in versions that can handle pressures up to 200 bar.

Bellows pumps with rotary drive
These pumps have unique self-priming properties and are valveless, making them suitable for conditions where a fairly high suction head is required. The pumps are reversible, which means they pump in both directions of rotation. The pumps are quite precise, making them suitable for dosing chemicals, for example.
The pumps can be manufactured in food-grade materials.
Centrifugal pumps mag-drive
Centrifugal pumps with magnetic drive are particularly suitable for transporting aggressive liquids. The pumps are leak-free and have a very long service life.
The pumps are typically made of polypropylene, but can also be made of PVDF or other materials.
Motorised diaphragm pumps
For transporting water and semi-aggressive liquids, we offer high-quality diaphragm pumps at very competitive prices.
The pumps are stocked in 12 - 24 VDC and 230 VAC.
The pumps are available with outputs of 2 - 40 litres/min. And as special models with pressures up to 10 bar.
Air operated diaphragm pumps
For the transport of all liquids and chemical solutions, we offer high quality air-operated diaphragm pumps at very competitive prices.
The pumps are manufactured in PP, PVDF/ECTFE, Aluminiun and AISI 316, making it possible to offer a pump for transporting almost all aggressive chemicals. The pumps can be supplied in ATEX design.
The pumps are characterised by very high performance in relation to the energy supplied. The pumps can pump liquids with a viscosity up to 50,000 cP, or pump liquids containing undissolved material.
With these pumps, we can cover a flow range from 5 - 900 l/min at pressures up to 7 bar.
Stamps
The RP12 is a series of oil-free diaphragm piston pumps manufactured by Charles Austen Pumps Ltd. These pumps are designed for continuous operation and are suitable for applications requiring clean, dry air or gas.
Oscillator pumps
An oscillator pump is a compact and electrically driven piston pump that uses an oscillating motion to transport fluids. It works without the need for a motor or gears and is often solenoid driven. The pump is self-priming, has a low noise level and can deliver precise amounts of liquid at high pressure - up to 14 bar. It is typically used in coffee and espresso machines, water purifiers and medical equipment. Oscillator pumps are available in different series, including Mono and Duplex, which vary in capacity and material selection.
